By contracting SEO Porto services, the client fully accepts these terms. Contracting is formalized by a written proposal accepted by both parties.
We provide SEO consulting and implementation: technical audit, on-page optimization, link building, local SEO, content strategy and technical SEO. The exact scope is defined in a specific proposal.
Timelines are estimates. They depend on external factors (Google, third parties, client content availability). We commit to communicating any delay.
Prices are fixed per proposal. Monthly invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Payment term: 15 days from invoice. Delays over 30 days pause the service.
The client provides access (site, Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics), approves deliverables within reasonable time and does not use techniques that violate search engine guidelines.
SEO involves third-party algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings. We commit to a professional methodology, adherence to Google guidelines and monthly reports focused on business metrics.
All produced content (articles, code, reports) is transferred to the client after full payment. Methodologies, in-house tools and templates remain SEO Porto property.
Both parties treat all shared information as confidential. We may reference the client as a case study only with prior written consent.
Monthly contracts can be terminated with 30 days notice. Fixed-term projects follow the specific proposal terms.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the Porto courts, with express waiver of any other forum.
